Returns and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery and only under the condition that the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Where applicable, items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and accompanying materials.
Customers are required to contact us prior to initiating any return. Returns sent without prior communication and authorization may not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods, including but not limited to shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be subject to inspection. A refund will be issued only after the product has been verified to meet the return conditions stated above. If the item does not comply with these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a partial refund at our discretion.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
